Candidates must have earned a Master’s Degree in Sociology or a subject in sociology from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 55 percent.
The candidate must hold an MPhil degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 55 percent.
According to UGC guidelines, reserved category SC / ST / OBC / PH applicants are given a 5% or equivalent grade relaxation.
